The once great metropolis of Despard, Michigan is full of criminals. The police couldn't handle it and the city is now run full with corrupt politicians and cops. But a new face of light has risen out of the shadows, the Night Watch. Under dire circumstances these "heroes" have seen no choice but to take into their own hands the future of Despard.
