This is the Rokinto!

The Rokinto live in city and town areas, often in quiet towns.
Egg Description: Rokinto eggs have a small crack on the upper right, where one of the tiny feet of the young Rokinto sits. The egg is very smooth and has grooves in its wooden outer shell. On the inside is a metal as tough as iron, as if made of nails. It smells of the cream dripping down the inside, which is a Leila delicacy. In fact, since Rokinto are common in small towns near Leila, villagers will collect the cream from fresh eggs before it spoils. When the Rokinto grows large enough, it will begin wearing down the metal, so it takes a while to hatch.

Rokinto Description: Rokinto are covered in a wooden skin, but on the inside is made of skin and bone like most other creatures. Young Rokinto move slowly, but adult Rokinto can gallop fast like the wind. It has a sharp nail on its front left leg in adulthood, and is very loyal to its owner.
