Hey, what's a star creature. What's the difference between star and no star?

A star creature is just a creature with a star next to it. Star creatures are rarer because star's rarely appear in the cave.
Though I think they're not a valuable because you can but a thing in the CS that turns them into a star creature or something. I might be wrong though.
