You must give me credit if you show the art or use it for something. Art will cost around what you are willing to pay, as long as it costs 5k or over, depending on how much time I spent and how many details you want.
Creature can be anything you are willing to trade, as log as it isn't common eggs. (from the cave)
You don't have to pay both.
