Finding Out Happiness Increase Amount For Items

I've been looking around and I couldn't find it anywhere. Does anyone know how you can find out how much happiness an item will give your creature? Is there a list somewhere?

It seems obvious, but I'm so lost.

@valkeyrie There is no list, but the higher the rarity of an item the more happiness. The most I've seen is an increase of 28 from a virtually unobtainable but the sandrodon wall items might give more.

I feed them every day, but it's just not enough on my own.
