Microsoft Surface Pro tablet question

I'm considering buying one of the Surface Pro tablets and was wondering is it really worth its money?

Has anyone here got one? And are they any good for drawing? cause that's why i'm buying it.

Also are there any others that are just as good but cheaper?

If you're going for drawing, go for a drawing tablet instead.
I haven't heard much about Surface Pro, but if it's Windows 8 (I believe it is) don't get it. Windows 8 is flawed and weird and glitchy.
