Halloween/October Cave/CSP Monthly Creature Suggestion - Everil

Hello! It's me again!
Before I was under the name @moon_thief and yeah. Now, I'm back with a few more suggestion.
The first of them is the Everil.

About: The Everil is a rare haunting creature. During the year, they stay dormant hidden in the air. In October, they come out and appear during the night. The float and stare hauntingly. Most people who gaze into a Everil's eyes to long usually go crazy.
Egg: Everil eggs are very rare. If you can prove you are not scared of an Everil, and stare into it's eyes, it will award you with a super rare and super fragile Everil egg.
