Someone has falsely reported me

Someone has reported me stealing from the cave on this account claiming that this account is a side account. But this account is NOT a side account. It has been my primary account since I opened it in April last year. Now my gantula I stole on October 31st is gone. I want it back please eggcave.

Yes, I have.
I am not too entirely sure what happened as I was shaking so violently with rage at the message I got from eggcave, but I think 3 of my creatures were missing before I sent in the ticket and then 2 out of 3 were restored after the ticket. But, either way, I still don't have one of my creatures back after being falsely reported.

Same problem here (kinda)
My sister was on her account (she didn't know it was mine) and stole a Nipha or something. I got a message but didn't really care since it was not really my fault and my sister, well, she doesn't care either so I didn't bother to reply.
