Hello, I'm fairly new here. I've been poking around the site for almost a week but haven't posted here yet, so I thought I would stop by and say hello. 😸

Soooo
You adopt creatures from the cave, then feed them daily to keep them happy, they will eventually hatch and you can get more creatures if you want.
The level does something too. The level is the average of all the numbers (views,clicks,feeds) and if a creature is above level 2000 you don't need to feed it anymore-it's immortal past level 2000 😸
I'm taking care of about 400 creatures right now (some are on my storage account) and I am not feeding them myself. Well, this account is shared by two people. My friend and I 😸 I am normally on the forums because she is 'generally more stubborn' on the forums. We work together to feed the creatures 😸

@phoenixfire oh that's a lot of creatures. at about what level do they start hatching? they take longer on here than on most egg hatching sites.

It really depends on the creature.
Normally the easiest creature I suggest for newbies is the Tasma (the colourful white wolves I collect in my cove)they are very easy to hatch. I wouldn't suggest the Puffup (my avatar) for beginners because they take a pretty long while of caring to hatch. Something a bit more difficult for a challenge that I suggest would be the Horsca (green horse) and if you try you can hatch it in a month or two.
Patience is the key.

Oh yeah, congrats for getting something hatched already 😸 I had a flor once and it took FOUR WHOLE MONTHS until it even made a crack 😱

@phoenixfire months is a long time. usually it takes days on other sites, haha. but i guess that's what makes this website the most popular huh?

yeah my noore hatched. the tail is sticking out and it's only a level 44. i was hoping to get some of the cute pinkish creatures but i don't know how to find a particular one.

Actually eggs don't crack in EGGCAVE 😃

I went on EGGCAVE because other sites like chickensmoothie.com and neo pets... I just hate them. They are too easy to take care of.

Yes, I'll tell you noore is also a species fairly easy to hatch.

i used to like dragoncave. there was a dog breeding one i used to use too but i don't remember the name of it.

Chickensmoothie is a game where there are monthly pets you can adopt and you don't need to care about them.
Like, they are, for some dumb reason, 'magically grow themselves.' What happened to little kids on the site learning responsibility?!
