Fern"I love animals!" I sqealed. "All types of animals. Except spiders. I don't know why but they give me the creeps!" I said shuddering, taking a bite of my apple. Then a girl walked up and indroduced herself. "Hello Willow!" I said happily.

{Ash} "Sure! And, thank you by the way. My name is Ash Willows. It's nice to meet you all~." I smiled, happy to have met someone on my first day. I took a bite of my apple as I added some detail to my drawing.

I know! 😊{Kat} Another girl came and introduced herself. I reply, "Oh- uh- yea, I think we are all new. I'm Kat Fores. Nice meeting you too!" I take a bite out of my sandwich and took a sip of my milk.

{Kat} "Um- it's not going too good... I was late for algebra, missed science class, and I got extriemely bored too. Now I have to deal with ham sandwiches!" I groaned. "Sorry, it's just that I feel bad for the ham. It probably once lived a wonderful life grazing on the fields, not getting dissected."I have to go! :C

{Willow}"You mean her last name is my first name minus the last letter?" I replied to Fern, making a 😋 face. "Mm, I understand how you feel I just wish they could make school more interesting! Like... learning how to ride horses or... origami. I don't know," I told Kat. "I thought that these cows were bred to be... well, killed for meat? Wait hang on. Isn't ham 'pig'? LOL."Was I getting a little too talkative?

{Kat} I giggled, realizing it was a pig, so why had I thought 'cow'? Whatever. "Oh, yea! It is a pig!" I exclaim. "I'm, like, named after what I love most, cats! My name is Kat Fores. Just call me Kat."

{Willow}"Sadly, nope. In fact, we only have one sport that we can play, which is netball. AND it's only for girls. This school really does suck."I took a bite out of my sandwich. Ew. This ham tasted... weird. I left it and settled with the bottle of water I'd brought from home."Do you think we should suggest some more interesting things to the school Councillor?"

"Perhaps. I don't know if the councilor would even listen though." I replied, still poking at my food. I promised myself that I would pack tomorrow.

{Kat} "Well, maybe we could write a proposal to the councilor. I mean, like, the councilor is still the councilor. Maybe they would actually listen. Or maybe we could bribe them," I suggest, getting less shy like I always do when I get sort of used to school.

{Willow}"To be honest, I've tried before, but she was all like, 'I'm not going to do anything for a troublemaker like you. And plus, you're not popular.' EXCUSE ME?! Our grade should've chosen a better student councilor." But I didn't tell them that I'd run for student councilor myself. The winner, Matilda Stevens, was a downright showoff, and super popular. Of course she would've won. All her girlfriends, which was around 20 people, voted for her, plus a dozen other kids, and only 4 people voted for me. 13 voted for Jason Pilt and 10 for Isabella McGinley. Since no one knew the real side of me, everybody liked all the other candidates.

{Kat} "Wow, oh- okay... another plan. And plus, I think you are just fine and popular in your own way! By the way, when is the next student councilor running day?" I ask Willow. My ham sandwich tasted strange, so I tried my salad, which tasted even stranger, so I spit it out of my mouth. I stuck to my milk.

{Kat} "R-r-run!?!?" I exclaim, thinking she was joking. "I always fail speeches, if there is a speech. And plus, I don't really love being the center of attention." Then, I thought of being popular, which made me feel even more sick. I didn't really want to be popular with the wrong people.

{Abigail} After I read for a while in Mrs. Gerbie's room, I decided I should probably go to lunch. I stood in line impatiently, fidgeting with my hands. After I picked up some food, I headed straight for the corner table. Some may think sitting by myself is a sad way to live, but I just don't like to disturb other students' close-knit groups. I couldn't really be a part of one of those. The only people in this school that like me are the teachers. I swear, every school is the same with a different building and different faces. I began to get bored after I was finished eating, so I started writing. Writing is my sanctuary.

I just remembered that it's the start of the year XD{Willow}"Aww thanks, Kat. Um I'd say the next student councilor vote is next week, I think. The councilors are councilors for a semester, and then they have to let someone else have a turn. I asked Matilda about more cooler things in the school last year, but I bet she's gonna be councilor this semester as well."

{Kat} I smile and say, "Your welcome! It's only the truth!" Then, I suggested,"Well, I think one of us should run, since we will have a better chance if we all vote for one person. Okay, so will we vote right now for who will run? Candidates are: Willow, Ash, Fern, or me, Kat. Or do you want to do another way?"

{Abigail}I observed some girls at a nearby table as I was writing. They were talking about student council runnings. "Wait-STUDENT COUNCIL RUNNINGS?" I thought. I've always wanted to be a part of that. I'll overcome my social awkwardness for today. Maybe they can help me. They seem nice. I stood up from my table and set my stuff down. I glided over to their table. "Hello fellow classmates. I overheard your conversation about student council. Might I be able to help you with campaign ideas or material? I'd be glad to assisst," I said.

{Kat} Another girl slid over to our table and allowed to help. "Yes! We really need help. We are trying to win the student councilor run. We didn't pick anybody yet, but can you vote for one of us? The last student councilors were really bad, and this school needs better things. Such as clubs." I say, then I look down at my nasty food. "And food. Oh- I'm getting ahead of myself. I'm Kat Fores. Nice meeting you!"

{Abigail}I was excited that Kat was so open and ready to run. "Vote for you? I planned to do more than that. Like, you know, gain you votes from others with political campaigns that appeal to the general student body," I explained. "I do like your suggestions to make the school a better place, though, that'll be good for a slogan or something!" I added. "Oh, and, I'm sorry, I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Abigail Clementine, grade 10," I said. I held out my hand to shake. (I hope that's an okay gesture in this situation..)

I have to go :C bye{Kat} I take Abigail's hand and I do a good, firm handshake. (I think I'm in 7th grade, so is this like a school for both middle and high schoolers?) "Great!" I say, one-one thousand excited, the other nine hundred ninety-nine nervous. I glanced up at the clock, knowing that lunch can't last forever. I pulled out my paper recording everything. About 8 more minutes, I realize. "Okay, so, do you guys want to meet here every day?" I ask.
