Travel Question

I've been looking for a Quaint Cafe travel for a little while, but haven't seen any in the TA, so I don't know what kind of travel it is/was. It is a retired travel of some sort? O-o and whether it is or not, could anyone tell me it's value?

I don't know much, but I do know it was a Cash Shop travel somewhere in 2014 😱
