Negative in the "Numbers Til Next Evolution?"

Hi, Newbie here. Apologies if it's an ignorant question.

I clicked the "Show numbers til next evolution" option and it says that one of my creatures has (-61) clicks left until evolution...What does that mean, exactly?

If your creature have negative til next evolution it means it will evolve the next day. Creatures evolve at 3am-ish server-time. (which was about an hour ago, so your creature have probably evolved by now.) 😊
