This does seem good but I'm basically not wanting to see more creatures to get from the cave (which is darn hard already)

@frosted I agree, it is pretty difficult at times. Maybe a mini game would help make it easier to get desired monsters, but not too easy?

And I think because there are already so many monsters in the cave, they swamp the newer ones when eggs are generated (not sure how that works here).

The creatures that will be acquired don't necessarily have to be limited to the cave only. There can also be CSP exclusives or event prize options as well.

If it is implemented differently from CRW, which I hope it will be - love the festival concept, this will allow it to truly be a unique event.

Occasional CSPs are nice, the Shamrue etc going at 500CC each
But really - those new 200CC creatures seem a bit cheap to me

@element I'm ALL for the USC (user suggested creatures) to be released as event prizes. The events can continue to explore the lore of Ark, and it'll be easier to get at least one of the released creatures for hopefully every user/Arkian.

And I definitely agree that the events would be unique! They could revolve around the creature(s) being released for that event.

Always wondered about the history of Ark, especially when I read archives 😊 It would be amazing to actually have an event based on that!

@element Definitely! And it'd give writers something to do, a chance to use their skill and help shape this virtual world. I don't know if more creature species would become an issue, unless there's supposed to be a limit or something, haha.

Maybe something like user submitted plot on the history of ark for the events? Sounds great either way! As long as some of the mysteries of ark are unraveled.

I hope there isn't a limit. Things would get boring really fast if that ever happened.

@element Hey, that sounds like a better idea! And (maybe) (staff) writers could flesh out the user submitted plots, if necessary. Or at least write them in Arkian style.

And I agree. Though personally, I'm still trying to catch up with the ones that already exist, haha. I like taking it slow, for some things.

Yeah, same here, but I won't bother since the ones I'm looking for are way to expensive IMO. Guess the new creatures keep the older users coming back...
