Hi all! Ooh eggs. I like eggs. Let's see what they turn into! Long time digital pet owner. My rookery is a little empty, so looking for some new pets to smother.PS: How many eggs am I allowed? I see I can try for another every 30 minutes or so, but is there a max? I'm picky anyway, but how picky do I need to be? Can I only have so many, and if I end up with one I decide I don't want, can I shed them? The FAQ doesn't really have a well-constructed "how to play". So, so far, it's just, figure out what the egg is and pick a name.

Welcome!Ugh, neopets. That site has been a dump ever since they switched servers. KQ has been down for months and who knows when it will be back (if ever). They take forever to get to tickets. I've been unfairly frozen for a year now and they have yet to even look at my ticket.But oh well. At least I have sites like EC and subeta to keep me sane. Again, welcome!To answer your question: you are allowed up to 300 eggs/creatures per account initially, but you can buy more with EC (in game currency), with an increase in price per every space you buy. Beyond that, you are allowed to have 3 side accounts in addition to your mAin. Of course, you can visit the cave only through your main. You can get rid of any eggs you don't want through the adoption center. You can abandon as many as you'd like per day, but you must pay 4500 EC for each one. You get 10 cave tries a day, but you can try throughout the day, usually with a15-30 minute wait between each visit. So no, you don't have to be picky. You can have 1009 yeeps if you really want!Hope that helps!@weyrcat

@metaphor god so well put! Neopets became a huge messy ruin after the transfer.

@Metaphor Thanks! Finely succinct!@Mewingpaws I didn't even know there was a transfer. I took a 4 year break through college, and came back to find it largely unplayable! Blarg!
