Adoption center problem..?

I don't know if I should send directly a ticket for this, but I thought I would ask if there are others with this problem.

I found creatures on the adoption center and I adopted one. In the updated page, the site tells me the adoption is successful, in green.

But then I don't find them on my cove!!

It happened before and I thought that I wasn't so fast to adopt it, but anyway that doesn't explain the green notification.
And I'm starting to be a little put out, after so many times. I think I lost 5 or more creatures like that.

Could it be a bug or something similar, or could it be that by using my mobile it doesn't upload the page right?
Or maybe it's because my cove needs more space. I really don't understand :/

Is your cove possibly at it's max?
If you don't have any space, that might be why.

I added space and traded some creatures on my side. Now I'll see if it happens again :/
