Disallow Crossposting

Disallow Crossposting as in:

1. People aren't allowed to create a single and separate topic to advertise their trade lots/auction lots.

However, people are allowed to advertise it in a topic of reference. As in:

A is auctioning a Pixgog, A posts a topic saying "Pixgog Auction" and advertises his own lot
// NOT ALLOWED

A is auctioning a Pixgog, A posts in any random topic saying that he has a Pixgog for auction
// NOT ALLOWED

A is auctioning a Pixgog. B advertises the Pixgog auction on topics not relevant to needing a Pixgog
// NOT ALOWED

A is auctioning a Pixgog, C is seeking a Pixgog. A or anyone else can advertise that they have a Pixgog for auction
// ALLOWED.

The same with trade lots
