Hi! So, we are on a floating island called Uldevar, and we are all phoenixes. There are 4 types of phoenixes, fire, ice, wind and water. The phoenix types are constantly arguing, but finally, they decide to go to war. Our job is to stop the war and bring the phoenixes peace. Each type of phoenix lives in a seperate tribe.

About each type of phoenix.

fire- fiesty, fierce, tempermental, never gives up, loyal, easily irritated. fire phoenixes are made of fire, and are the most well known type of phoenixes. being around a fire phoenix can make you sunburnt, hot, feverish or redish.

ice- rude, determined, sharp-witted, clever. ice phoenixes are an icey blue and being around one can cause you to have frostbite, be cold or pale.

wind- bold, outgoing, friendly, doesn't have a very good sense of future consequences,
rarely picks fights, easily offended. wind phoenixes are a dusty brown and being around one can make you feel chilly or humid.

water- calm, shy, quiet, fierce when provoked. water phoenixes are a deep blue, and being around them can make you wet or cold.

Parents: I'm an orphan ☹️
Child: No biological children, but have adopted a very young water phoenix named Mistystone, who is also an orphan. She is quite curious and playful, even for her age
Doesn't want war because: I hate choosing sides. Plus, the winners will brag and the losers will act like complete babies!
Extra Info: I like adopting pets! 😊 To be specific, cat-like creatures.

Extra Info: Brookflight found her as an egg on the border between the water and wind territory, clearly an accident between a wind and water Phoenix. The egg was already cracked and about to hatch, so Brookflight took the egg to the safety of her own nest. Mistystone has hatched just a few days ago, so she is still learning to fly. However, much to the dismay of Brookflight, it is very clear that Mistystone is half wind. Besides her outgoing (and wind like) personality, a few of her feathers show tints of tan and gray, much like a wind Phoenix.

Phoenix name- Zart

Gender- Female

Type of phoenix- Fire

Personality- Loyal to her tribe, but more loyal to her
parents. Admires the usage of common sense and intellect, especially when that intelligence is used to develop new flying and hunting/fighting tactics or manuevers. Takes pride in her heritage and inherent power, and loves to exert her power on others, specifically prey and rivals, as well as enemies, if she must have any.

Sibling(s)- None

Mate- None

Parents- Ogon (father) and Plamaya (mother) (They are her parents, but no one is playing them in the RP. I mention them because she, like most children, is heavily influenced by and gets a lot of who she is through her parents, so they are background information for Zart.)

Children- None

Doesn't want war because- She'd rather make friends with other phoenixes than become deadly enemies. Besides, if there's a war, hunting grounds will be squared up and cut off from one another, meaning she'll have less prey to hunt and a much smaller variety of those creatures. There will also be less new territory for her to explore if war erupts.

Extra Info- She loves flying and fighting more than anything, but prefers to practice these skills on her
prey when hunting, rather than on her own species. Has sharp talons and thick legs, broad wings, and a dagger-like beak, along with decorative plumage adorning her profile, but not nearly as many (or any) decorative tail feathers as other phoenixes.

Phoenix name- Crevasse

Gender- Female

Type of phoenix- Ice

Personality- At first one would see Crevasse as any other ice phoenix, cold, sarcastic, with a tinge of arrogance. Seemingly unapproachable. But beneath her icy exterior, Crevasse is as deep as her namesake. Although appearing to not care, she cares more than anyone would every know. The death of her father and the pride that drove him to it had a profound affect on Crevasse. When she scoffs at others, she scoffs at their own arrogance, not because of her own pride in tribe. Secretly, she thinks about what others would do and feel while maintaining that she does everything on her own accord. Occasionally her facade shatters and on can see the true Crevasse. But only for moments at best. As quickly as her true emotions show, she closes up. She is insecure at times, wondering what others think of the real her, and that's when on the outside she is the snappiest.

Appearance- Although mostly ice blue like the rest of her tribe, she has dark, almost black feathers along the edges of her wings and crown. A few smaller dark feathers scatter the corner of her eyes. These eyes are a deep indigo, with a dash of lighter blue. Her wings are alike to those of a cormorant; perfect for flight near water. Her tail feathers are mostly icy blue, but also have darker feathers scattered around, along with silvery ones. Compared to most in her tribe she is considered plain, but not ordinary.

Parents- Hoarfrost(father) and Fractal(mother), both deceased

Doesn't want war because- "I know where this war will go. It will only end when 3 sides swallow their pride and admit defeat or when everyone is annihilated. I'm willing to bet on the second. After all, we phoenixes can be quite conceited at times. I'd rather not see so many die for something so pointless."

Background- Crevasse's family lived simply, on the edge of the ice phoenixes' territory. Her father then died in a small skirmish with some fire phoenixes 3 years before the war officially started. She was devastated, but not as much as her mother. She was just a chick, not truly understanding the loss of her father. Crevasse watched as her usually reserved and calm mother break down slowly at the lose of her husband. Soon Fractal was broken beyond repair, and died, a little over a year after the incident. Crevasse was left alone, barely fledged. She met Rift (see below) and made her way to more populated area of the tribe. On her journey she thought often of what brought about her father's demise. Unlike most, who would have blamed the other tribe, Crevasse believed that all the tribes were at fault. When she was younger her father used to tell her of how the other tribes were nothing in comparison of the ice phoenixes. She realized that this was what really led to her father's death. When she reached civilization, she met other ice phoenixes who disapproved of the coming war. Crevasse knew that war meant hundreds of thousands would end up in the same fate as her father. She became determined to stop it.

Extra Info- She has a sort of pet Barn owl. Crevasse doesn't want to admit it, but she has grown fond of him. She denies his relation to her if anyone asks. Unbeknownst to most, she has dubbed him Rift. He flies around, but always comes back to Crevasse at some point.
