I walked back, but I stopped when I heard Skye talking. I didn't say anything. I thought to myself, "I do think you're smart. We do need you. I need you. I know... for a fact... I'm not perfect. You say I'm cocky. I don't try to be. I always thought I was far from it. But now, I see that's what you think. Should I just leave Emacore?" I wouldn't dare release those words into the air. I just let them fly around my mind. I discarded all my thoughts as a tear rolled straight down my cheek. I turned back around and headed for the Central Tree. I wouldn't come back... not that they'd want me to anyway.

I heard something near by. Pungo let a low growl. My first thought was wolves, but all it was, was Stella. She had a sad look on her face. Like she knew something I didn't....

I'll just camp out at the Central Tree for a few days. Then, I'll find a home. Somewhere far away. Somewhere where solitude was allowed. I guess I needed to be alone. Its seems better that no one has to deal with horrible Kameryn.

"lets go check on Kameryn, now that she had time to cool off." I turned my attention to Stella. "Lead me to Kameryn." She just sat there. 'this wasn't like her I thought. "lead me to Kameryn" I said a little louder and harsher. I started to panic a little. "STELLA! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?! LEAD ME NOW!" trears were building in my eyes. Stella crouched down and rolled onto her back, a symbol of surrender. She whimpered hopelessly. "she doesn't know" I said quietly.
