Creature Suggestion: Birthday Orca

As the name suggests, this is the idea of my critter suggestion 😊 I lack a name though, so if you have any ideas, tell me, and I'll make a list.

This is for eggcave's birthday.

To hatch> 75 feeds > 150 feeds > 210 feeds

Description:
During the Month of July a herd of Orca (replace the name) migrate to Ark's waters. From the cold waters of the northern region, they embarked on a new migratory route. You can find them playfully leaping out of the waters on the North-East part of the Island.
When it comes to having young, a mother would travel upstream by the egg cave, and have her baby away from any potential predators. She then would leave the egg submerged in the river. It takes about a week for the egg to hatch, and the newly born Orca travels back to the sea where it's herd waits.

More about this creature:
When born they are only three feet long, a small jewel on their forehead acts like a beacon for its mother, to prevent the child getting lost. Tiny bead like gems scatter among its tail.
As the baby matures the patterns along its body become more intricate, marking each one different and no two Orcas are the same. The jewel on its forehead becomes a communication device, where it transmits emotion and thoughts. Till adulthood the patterns become more eloquent and the tiny gems begin to grow more. They fall off right before they fully mature, and regrow in a day or two. These gems float on the surface, and when the tide pulls them in, it appears as if confetti as been flung on the beach. Many people collect them, and even obtaining one, is rumored to grant wishes.

Ornatica
Ornata
Gemca
Cajewel

Just combinations of Orca and other words.

@spiritkoi Well its going to be black and white, the jewel on its forehead. And the other gems are just going to be random colors.
And I like the last three, because Ornatica sounds too similar to Ornisment.

Im going to redraw it and then color it in ^^

@lunar Ah, okay. Of those three I like Gemca the most. Cajewel reminds me of the Cajun fox from Courage the Cowardly Dog. You should make a poll after you get some more name suggestions. I can't wait to see that version then!
