Trying to mail multiple people

So I have been trying to create a group PM for me and a bunch of people I frequently RP with, but I'm having trouble adding the seven or so people to the group.

I typed in the name of the first person, then hit the (+) button to add the others, but it won't let me. If I try to type in all the names without hitting the plus, (I tried with both commas and spaces between names) it just says "this user does not exist".

I also tried using both Firefox and Chrome, to no avail.

Is this a known problem or am I just doing something wrong? I wanted to ask here first in case it's just a quick solution, but if not, I'll just take it to the bug forum.

(Also I know I am not just typing in the names wrong, I made sure of it.)

Any ideas, anyone?

It's allowing me to add recipients. If you're using the first box to enter more than one username by separating them by commas or such, it's going to give you the "This user doesn't exist." message due to that box being reserved for the use of only one username. When you click the add (+) button, another box should pop up under the current one, allowing you to type in another recipient. If not, I would suggest creating a topic in the bugs forum to see who might be experiencing the same issue.
