Can't add more than one recipient in mail.

Browser: Tried both Firefox And Chrome
Version: Chrome 42.0.2311.135 m and Firefox 37.0.2

I was trying to add recipients to do a group PM for a group of roleplayers so that we could talk off-topic, but when I hit the (+) button to add new recipients, it does nothing. I tried clearing my cache, closing the browser and re-opening it, restarting my computer, switching browsers, etc. but nothing has worked so far.

Also, I only just downloaded Firefox to test whether it was a browser thing, so Firefox was at all of its default settings with nothing added to it, so I know it's not any weird add-ons or plug-ins that's affecting it.
