Need to freeze!

I posted this some-what similar last night.
My pet/creature Jiro has grown first stage, and I'm wanting to freeze him in that stage.

I managed to get an offer, but later had gotten canceled.

My father was able to get me 2500 CC but it's been three hours now and I haven't yet received them.

I sent in a ticket probably 1/2 hours ago, but still no reply.
Which is making me worry.
