OVERALL DESCRIPTION
The Iceer is a deer that was infused with ice appearance and powers given to it by the minor Greek goddess Khione.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
As an egg, it is ice blue with clear, see through snowflakes all over it. It is very cold and can cover the things around it in frost.

When an Iceer hatches, it has tiny white snowflakes on its flank. Its fur is an icy blue color and it has an even lighter blue underbelly. The hooves of the Iceer are made of ice and are rough and sharp on the bottom. This makes it possible to grip the ground and an to use it as a weapon to use against predators. Iceers usually have either grey or blue eyes.

When a baby Iceer becomes a teenager, it gets bigger and it starts to grow horns. The horns are tiny stubs that stick out about 3 inches out of the head. It also gains a new, special ability. When it wants to, it can freeze other creatures when it looks into their eyes. However, it can only use this ability against those that it has no possibility of overcoming in a life threatening situation.

When the teenage Iceer becomes an adult, it again gets bigger and its horns grow to their full size. The adult Iceer also gains the ability to dissolve into a bunch of snowflakes and blow with the breeze. This helps it to travel faster during migration.
