My friend, boxen keeps telling me that she can't log in, even with the right username. Is there any way to fix this?

I would instruct your friend when they come onto EggCave and go to the Log In page to click the "Reset Password" option. It will ask for the email associated with the account in question. Once the email is entered, an email will be sent to help reset the password so your friend can get into their account.

Plus make sure they are typing and spelling everything correctly (password and username)
