Seedfur was freaking out now. This was no normal shock. Rainkit's breathing had grown raspy in just the few minutes he was in the medicine cat den, and he had a fever. She looked at Ravenpelt, then at Rainkit. "Could you get him some feverfew?" Seedfur asked Ravenpelt, and started pushing on Rainkit's chest.

ok she did not wast any time and went to get it. in a flash she was back with the feverfew and gave it to seedfur. she looked up at the celling and prayed to starclan that rainkit would be ok

above all the chaos she kept on hearing one voice and it sounded strange. she felt dizzy and she slowly started to colaspe into the nest her breathing was growing slow and her neck felt like it was being sliced then all of a sudden her mind went blank and she could not hear anyone and her head fell down

I sniffed around for prey, catching the scent of a mouse. I got down low to the ground so the tips of the blades of grass brushed up on and tickled my belly. I breathed him the warm scent of the mouse and this time was able to spot it. It was a young, lean mouse, and would make a nice snack. I waited and crawled a bit closer, then sprung, sticking my claw into the mouses neck, ending its life. I put it by a tree trunk and covered it with some leaves so I could go back and get it when the hunt was over.

she turned to check on snowstar. when she turned to check she saw that snowstar had her head down. ravenepelt went to see how snowstar was when she notised that snowstar`s breathing was getting slower and slower. she gasped and yelled to seedfur "seedfur something is wrong with snowstar." she noticed that a strange mark was appering on snowstars neck

The dying light of the sun bathed the forest in it's last glorious battle to fill the world with light. She walked through the forest, her mouth wide open. Recognizing a scent, she quickly climbed a tree, and scrambled along a branch, pressing her pelt against the sturdy limb.

Amberpetal saw two sparrows tentavely walk out of a bush, and begin to peck at the foot of the tree was in. She was getting ready to pounce, when a stoat followed by a bunny came out of the same bush. /Great StarClan, it's a whole feast! Wait a minute...../

They had an almost scared look on their face (even the birds) and seemed to huddle together as if hiding from something.....Thinking she was she was thinking too much, she crouched, and pounced from the branch.....

Right onto one of the birds who's spine immediately failed her. The stoat panickly ran back into the bushes, while Amberpetal reached out a quick paw, and struck the other bird across the head, fracturing it's skull. It fell to the ground, dead.

The rabbit looked like it was about to run, and she quickly pounced on it, and dealt a killing blow to it's neck.

The satisfied she-cat gathered up her prey, and buried it at the foot of the tree she had been crouching in. Amberpetal was just about to head off to another part of the forest, when she heard a strangled cry. Thinking someone was getting attacked again, she rushed to the sound, and gasped in horror.

There, at her feet, lay the stoat that had gotten away.....well, tried to get way. It's throat had been viciously ripped out, and it's eyes clawed out. To top it all off, the creature had slit it's belly open, exposing it's entrails.

Amberpetal thought she was going to regurtitate, it was so disgusting. It went against everything the warrior rules stated! /That's no way to kill prey! What kind of monster could have done this?!/

a beuteful cat who was almost transparent walked towards snowstar and gave her a tour of the paradise. snowstar would give a question time to time and learned more about the danger that is coming and attacking leafclan but sadly starclan cant even tell the medicen cats about this old prophecy about the thing and what it will do to everyone. snowstar asked why they could not her anwesr was not to good.

"wait I am dead?!" she gasped when the transparent cat told her. "But how I dont understand" she herd the cat say it was because of the mysterious creature, and that their is only one way to talk to the cats in the clan.

/I better get used to be called Snowstar./ I sat up straighter, "Snowstar's body needs to be taken out into camp so we may mourn her loss tonight. A patrol is out right now to find a missing kits, but if they take to long I well send out another patrol. For now we don't need to worry about prey, Amberpetal and Waspclaw are hunting. When everyone is back into camp tonight I well make announcements." I meowed

She began to make a small hole next to the decapitated body.

she went to a small patch of flowers that snowpelt loved and got them ready to put at her grave.

the cat told her that starclan may need to help the clan cats fight this danger off because all the cats he has taken have been ether killed for not lisening to it or used as slaves and being trained to over take the clan and use its territory for its on good.

I nodded at Redpelt, "Yes, if another patrol is needed to find the kits, you may be on it." I sighed as I watched Snowstar's... well I guess it would be Snowpelt now... I sighed as I watched Snowpelt's body be placed on the ground. /Am I ready for this, to be a leader?/ I asked myself, but I brushed the thought away, /To bad if your not, your leader now and you must be strong for your clan mates./

Viperfang watched from her perch in the trees, as the camp fell into an uproar. The late leader, Snowstar, had just died leaving Snowburn to replace her, another Snowstar.
She scanned around, finding her brother just now entering the camp. Staying in the treetops she left the camp, hearing Waspclaw and Amberpelt were out.
/Just like Waspclaw to stay with a Clan-mate at a time like this.\ she thought before moving through the trees to reach them. Perched above them she grabbed a small branch, snapping it off the tree and tossed it down jsut off to the side.

she was tired from training that is all starclan has been doing to be prepaird for anything. the medicine cats their were studing new herbs and seeing what would happing for known deaths that have happned just like snowpelts death.

when snowpelt was barried she went to sit with her parents and started to question a bit on what was happning in the place they were taken to when they dissapered.

If you did not obey him he would kill you without mercy." she stoped and waited for ravenpelt to take it in"now you see he is starting to get desperate and when he saw us almost escaping the darkness he had to stop us. the way he tried was to attack sparkle and make her go away or worse kill her but snow took the blow and now she payed the price his goal is unknown and that is what makes every cat afraid of him. he once harmed a mom after giving birth for her kitten. he told us that just to get us to pay him more respect but we know it is true. you can see that he loves to kill by the look in his eye when he does it is just horrible. sometimes he would kill in front of us. she paused again to think on what else to tell raven when darkshadow bumped in

"maybe I should take it from here you see he would kill In front of us to show us what would happen when he disobey or betray him. the worst part of it is that he can cloud you mind with darkness witch brings you to him. may I also add that he takes kits too. just to let you know science you know kits missing and rainkit going into space will I want you to know that it is not that he is in shock it is that the thing is trying to get to him.

Hawkpaw nudged her brother as the Clan dispersed after the death of Snowstar. "Come on." she hissed at her brother before slipping out of camp.
Eaglepaw followed shortly after, a nervous expression crossing his face. "I'm not sure we're supposed to be doing this Hawkpaw. It seems kind of dangerous."
"Stop being such a kit and come on, the Clan needs more warriors, and we aren't doing much right now we might as well do something useful."

Eaglepaw stared at his sister his jaw hanging open slightly. "That's absurd, what about everything that's been happening? We could get killed without proper protection!"
"Who said we wouldn't be protected? We've got trees Eaglepaw, most cats-or most predators-would refuse outright to chase something up that high." his sister snapped.

Viperfang glared down at Amberpetal. "My bad for not wanting former Clanmates to be killed. I'll try to pick someone better suited for friendship next time." she spat at the she-cat.
"And if you must know, I've found some rather unusual foot-prints outside your territory. Didn't follow them in, but they led right inside your borders.
"Of course that was about three moons or so ago, so maybe it had left already. Except cats are still vanishing right?"

"Didn't seem important moons ago. Figured it was some type of bear or some new absurd two-leg contraption. I didn't think much when the Clan cats started vanishing, but once I saw a group of five loners vanish with the same prints surrounding I grew vaguely worried." she said. "Now I may not seem like it, but I'm trying really hard to try and help you. So please just listen to what I have to say."
