Any value guides around?

I'm in need of a freeze for one creature that's going to evolve soon, but I'm in no position to purchase Cave Cash right now.

So, given that, do we have any creature/EC to CC value guides around? I'm hoping I'll be able to trade for one.

There are some value guides around, but I believe that they're a tad bit outdated.

However, 100 CC is considered to be worth 1 million EC, which would make the value of a freeze 2 million EC.
