@fate

Haha, I lost power the other day and I'm not really in the Irene zone.😋 But we got our share with that silly little storm!

@balletninja

Well, science and technology are supposed to develop over time. That's how we advance, so no controversy there.
Although I think I'm a little confused about what you mean?

Well think about it - all things on the planet are connected. When one earthquake happens, it causes the plates to shift and causes earthquakes other places. Hurricanes and earthquakes are just a part of nature. I don't think this means it's the end of the world.

The world was suppose to end a while ago. I dot think any of this or that is plain true.

Have you ever heard of PBS's NOVA Science Now? They're also pretty good. Have nice podcasts and youtube videos.

If scientists cant even predict when a single person is going to die, they aren't going to know when the world is -.-

@metaphor 😉 I actually have! They just get shut down a lot. The government isn't so much in favor of them if you know what I mean, haha. But like, have you heard of super physics, crystal, and indigo children? They are main examples of DNA majorly being activated in a short amount of time 😸

Lol, yeah. I know what you mean.😋

And I have heard of those things, actually.
Have you ever heard of a woman by the name of Pardis Sabeti?

@balletninja

Oh, she's a geneticist who researches the Malaria virus; her goal is to find a cure. She created a genetic algorithm not too long ago that searched the human genome looking for mutations in the human genome (acts of natural selection). I don't remember the whole story, but it's pretty fascinating. She also has a band and is actually pretty good. I have some of their music on my iPod.😊

She's kind of what I aspire to be, only minus the musician part and add part-time writer. xD
