My Ott didn't evolve

Hi! ^^
I have an Ott egg that was frozen but I've decided to unfreeze it and than refreeze after evolving in 1st stage.
So I went to the Cash Shop and unfroze it with the Uneternal Youth Potion, but it remained an egg. I try clean my cache and check again that the egg had the right stats to evolve, hoping something will happen.
But he's still an egg... Can you please do something?

@leonx Really? Cause I tried as I wrote to clean my cache but I can't see it :/
