Quick Side Account Question!

Hello! I've been searching for this answer all over and could only find the basic rules of side accounts. I know you can't do dailies, gather at the Cave.... among other things.

But can you bid on auctions on your side account?

And what about participating in the Halloween Fair on a side?

Yes, you are allowed to bid on auctions and make auctions on your side account.

No, you are not allowed to participate in the Halloween Fair on your side account.
