1000 seeds and fair items UFT

Title say it. I have 1000 seeds that I'm not using UFT. I can get a travel, or whatever you want to trade for. I'm accepting CC, EC, and creatures, so just shoot me an offer. I also have a bunch of items from the corn maze that I don't need.

@pokewolfkyuubi Haunted Woods and Kinump Patch which I think value around 250K EC each, not to sure and I could offer 350K EC.
I also have a lot of fair items too like popcorn spilled popcorn clown mask etc
