This one's about how you apply to a new school, and you end up in the first basic class - the Magic Classroom. It teaches you about magic and items such as "move cards" and "gems", and more. Elements are the main types of magic. Water, Fire, Air, and Earth. When you join the school, they will give you a stone brooch, depending on what element you use.
A sapphire brooch is for Water users, ruby is for Fire, axinite (a brown gemstone) for Earth, and diamond is for Air.

~Rules~
No godmodding.
You can have up to 5 magic powers, but you cannot learn them by birth. All powers are learned from the lessons.
No killing teachers or classmates.
Keep love minimal.
Respect and treat others fairly.

@sakura-ironoyume earth is grass or ground type and can there is a black gemstone called jet can that be a dark/ghost type gemstone?

Coat color: she has two small horns one on each side and she is purple and light blue instead of green and that pale color ( i really don't know what that color is)
Magic skills: able to made portals ( being part hoopa unbound lets her ) she can fly ( no one knows why) she is also very fast and she can disappear and a appear out of nowhere.

Other: she can't be controlled with mind control and saka is her friend.

Magic skills: Seismic Quake, which allows her to create strong shakes in the ground when she uses her Zen Headbutt. She can also make her tail become rock, and slap others.
She has yet to learn her other locked skills.
Her locked skills are
Energy Electricity, which uses her energy to create energy in the form of electricity. She can use a metal object and the energy to shoot the object like a railgun. It is locked.
Recording Time, which she can record a place in the present in a bubble to show in a video-esque mode. To do so, she deploys a bubble facing a direction, and hits it to record the POV for a certain amount of time. She will use this for showing others what happened during a conflict. It is lockdd

Other: Temmie is not a force to be reckoned with. When angered, her childish act is dropped, and she goes into her serious mode.
Her purple fur is because she stopped her evolution because she knows that some Pokémon will be looking at her in awe because she's adorable, so being a Delcatty is not the path she wants.

Magic skills: Can use illusions, tricks, traps, thief tools and lies to steal just about anything, from anyone. He also uses similar techniques to a street magician to entertain people. None of this is pure magic, but he does it so skillfully that it can be easily mistaken as such.

Other: Snarky, confident, crafty and cunning. He's very slippery, personality-wise, and street-wise. Despite his trickery, he's actually a somewhat decent person who cares a lot about his friends. He loves shiny things.
