Creatures - How Do YOU Imagine Them?

How do you think of the many creatures of Ark? Are they big, small, or somewhere in between? What are their personalities? Can they talk?

Discuss how you imagine them to be if we all really lived in Ark! 😃

Basically as big as the creature they're based on. xD

I guess they can't talk...

Some are mean, some are friendly. 😃

@pipkitten Pretty big. Bigger than a normal bird. xD "Normal bird" meaning the kind of bird you might find in your backyard.

@Crooton1: Hmm... I wonder if the creatures he puts in the blog count as talking? I know the few who help run the town buildings can talk, but the "normal" creatures I'm not so sure about. *pondering*

Mm~
Did you know that creatures used to "talk" after you fed them? Even eggs too.
But it was always the same things, something like:
"Bleh! What was that?"
or "Mm. That was delicious."

According to the archives, the Kinump gets rather quite big...

Yurp. Can't forget that. I kinda miss the function of seeing the happiness go up ^^

But the creatures talking thing was gone within like, the first 6 months of Egg Cave I think.


But me, I typically imagine the creatures to be slightly larger than their real life counterparts.
Especially the birds. I like to think the full grown Terron is larger than a full grown human. *wishes Terrons were real* 😸

i know that they do talk, for above-stated reasons and the fact that they man all of the shops and talk their as well as wear clothing and such, but i do tend to envision mine as more of pets or even zoo-creatures. i dont know 😊 and it would be neat if their was some way to scale them, but given that they are all a square, i guess i assume they are all about the same size 😋 😃

Yuss! Terrons shall rule all of Ark! Me and my army of giant Terrons!
And possibly lilones as well... xD

I mean, come on, who wouldn't want a bird they could actually hug?
I'd just be afraid of making them mad. A parrot bite already hurts. Imagine a bite coming from a giant Terron. xD
