The Bubble City [Pokemon RP Sign-ups]

This one's about how some Pokemon find a magic tunnel while visiting the shores of Goldenrod City. It's called the Bubble Tunnel because it's an underwater tunnel, and you use special bubbles that float around as your platform. The Pokemon enter the tunnel, and began to warp straight to a city named the Bubble City. All sorts of Pokemon live there, and even though it appears to be all underwater and the special bubbles are also there, you can walk on the sand normally and live in houses as if it were land.

No overpoweredness, AKA godmodding
Keep love minimal.
The special bubbles and swimming are the only ways to get around the city without walking. Please don't ask.
Please do NOT debate here. It is awkward and disturbs the flow of the RP.

All Pokemon that enter the tunnel become permanent residents of the city.
Treat others fairly.
