GEEZ! I can't get my Alienware laptop's cd tray to OPEN! This is sooooooooo confusing! Does anyone know how to open the cd tray thingy (wuteva its called xD)?!?!?!?

hmmm, have you held it for a long time? I'm not a computer wiz, or lightly banging it? Yeah, this is not the best advice, I don't know,
