My First Created Creature: Cruelladean

(Sorry if the description is long and it may not be so good, but I hope you like it! 😊 )

This rarely seen egg was discover by the SAR Center and before a baby Cruelladean is born, it looks through the mask on the egg studying and observing its surrounding before hatch. The lantern on the egg keeps it warm and out of harm in the darkness, so you don't need to be worried about keeping it warm or not.

Once born, the lantern will eventually be remove by the egg and will be place right by the newborn. Still unable to see and the lantern light still weak, the mother of the newborn uses her lantern to guid her little one out of the darkness and into a safe place where other Crualladean youngster are.

When all grown, they head out to the forest where they were first hatch and born. If any cases or by chances that a person or creature will get lost, the Cruelladean comes out and use it's bright lantern to lead the way out. It was said by a scientist that since the Cruelladean always carries the lantern at all time, it's actually carrying it's soul or an egg of it's own, so it's best not to take the lantern away from it.

When the time is right for this rarely seen creature to die, it chooses to be reborn or die alone and if it choses to be reborn, the diamond on the forehead floats to the light of where the lantern is and then the creature will then be faded away and gets reborn again. On some particular nights, some people will see these creatures out in the fields together using the moon's light as a rechargeable battery for their lantern light. People sometimes call the Cruelladean "The Guided Light".
