eCode Buttons

Hey, so this is a relatively minor change that I think could really improve the functionality of making and replying to posts, and editing your profile and creature pages.

I think there should be buttons at the top of text input boxes for eCodes. These would be really useful for posts and profile editing. I don't necessarily think we need them for comments since those are rarely customized.

There could be buttons for all the eCode functions (bold, italics). This makes it a lot easier for us to customize posts and profiles rather than going through the eCode guide (and is especially useful for using colors). There could also be buttons for easily creating links to trades, auctions, creatures, profiles, etc, rather than going through the trouble of finding and copying their codes.

Most forums I've seen have something like this in some form.

Anyway just an idea 😊
