Have a site petition area

im learning about this stuff in school bout petitions and I think it would be cool to have a petition area. There are lots of good ideas here that ppl keep suggesting, yet they never happen. So people should be able to make petitions for other users to "sign" and then when a certain amount of people have signed it, it can be sent in and implemented (I think that's the word). But the petition has to be ok with the site rules n stuff. And not crazy or anything like that.

Petitions are interesting, but in my opinion....it'll make the site so....I'm not sure how to describe it.

Ffs, It's an adoptable site. I believe that petitions are done when....sometime is flawed and the people want to change it or the likes.

Really strange to have a petition in my opinion. We already have a site feed back and suggestion forum.

I'm pretty sure they do look at suggestions, they just rarely comment upon it. For one, I think "petitions" are the wrong word (seriously man, I thinking about the Woman's Suffrage Petition and Olive Branch Petition. I get that it's a less extreme version, but that's what keeps poping up).

What would be interesting to see and/or have is a voting system to see how much someone supports something. I'll think it'll be interesting to see an up/downvote type format that is unique to the site suggestion, and is refreshed every month or so, ordered by highest rating to lowest rating, and new/old.

A petition seems unnecessary. To be honest, what I think could be improved is the site staff's communication with the community (lol. commun).

EggCave's staffs can at least give us some type of communication about what they're working on. This way, we can be content, offer up suggestions, or be like nah, we don't like and that's that.

@iceiceice It doesn't have to be a petition in the literal sense, aka the "Take action or else".

More like, "this many people have willingly 'signed' this idea, we should do it".
