Looking for help to make animation

If anyone is interested, I thought it would be cool to make an animation series on YouTube. Problem is I have no idea on how to do it. ^^" You don't have to be a good drawer. We'll need voice actors, animators, people to help with the story board, and really just help in general. Please PM if you're interested!
