All three of these objects are critical for the creature to stay alive. Chim eggs are very fragile at some places, and the leash covers those parts of it, keeping it safe. The rose on the egg shows the health of the egg, for example, if its rotten, the rose turns green. If the egg senses danger, it can just simply fly away.More about the Chim: Seeing the age on a Chim is simple. The redder the fur is, the younger the creature. And the rose on its head gets darker when the creature gets older, too. The leatherleash slowly grows attatched to the creature, so removing it will cause your Chim death. It may not look like it, but Chims actually have claws, pretty sharp ones, too. They can pull them in like a cat, and they only use them to defend themselves, or their master.Note: the white parts of the picture are my failed stages, so I covered them!!
