@harrypotter123698I have an iPad 2. It can multitask, have TONS of apps, YouTube, camera, Safari and more 😉

@harrypotter123698I hear the Bambo is good.I use a wacom but they are a tad pricey.Apple doesn't make a drawing tablet that I know of.

Wacom Bamboo Fun Tablet is VERY good. Reasonably priced on Amazon.com and gives you potential to expand on your skills 😊
crooton1 • 2 September 2011 at 12:48 PM
I looked at some tablets and the Bamboo one does not make sense. o_o
harrypotter123698 • 2 September 2011 at 12:50 PM
I hear the Bamboo one is really popular...is the Wacom Bamboo Pen Tablet good?@piucca
fuzzydragon • 2 September 2011 at 12:50 PM
@crooton1 What do you mean, "It doesn't make sense?"@harrypotter123698 Wacom Pen tablet is probably the best there is XD
crooton1 • 2 September 2011 at 12:51 PM
@FuzzydragonEr, it's just a black board. o_o
piucca • 2 September 2011 at 12:52 PM
@harrypotter123698 I have a different wacom tablet then the bamboo. But I love it, I have had it for nearly 5 years and it is still going well. I might replace it in another 3-5 years, but I use it every day.Mine was pro-grade tablet and it was on sale for $200 American. But you can get a bamboo for $50
fuzzydragon • 2 September 2011 at 12:53 PM
@crooton1 You hook it up to the computer through USB, and what you draw on the tablet appears on your computer screen. It's basically a touch sensitive pad.
crooton1 • 2 September 2011 at 12:53 PM
@FuzzydragonI know that. :/But how the heck am I supposed to know where I'm drawing? -.-
piucca • 2 September 2011 at 12:54 PM
@crooton1 you hook it up to your computer like a mouse and draw with it.Draw with a pen, on a black area that shows up on your screen. With photoshop and other art programs the slightest touch can show up, as well as the harder you press will show up darker.
fuzzydragon • 2 September 2011 at 12:55 PM
@crooton1 the mouse appears on the screen if your pen is within 5mm off the surface of the board >.>
piucca • 2 September 2011 at 12:55 PM
how do you know where your mouse is with out looking?
crooton1 • 2 September 2011 at 12:55 PM
Oh, okay. 😊
harrypotter123698 • 2 September 2011 at 12:55 PM
@piucca I'm thinking about buying the Babmboo Pen Tablet 😊 Its only $50-$75 and the reviews are excellent and it has 5 stars....it also says great tablet for a starter tablet user 😊 I love drawing and stuff so I'll use it everyday 😊 Im buying one so I can improve the art on my site, www.glittermammals.com and so I can draw awesome things and use the tablet when I'm bored (which I am all the time xD)
piucca • 2 September 2011 at 12:56 PM
@harrypotter123698 They are lots of fun 😊Do you use GIMP or Photoshop?
fuzzydragon • 2 September 2011 at 12:56 PM
@piucca you can just look up quickly. That's what I do. Besides, the pad is the same shape as a mini computer screen@crooton1 If you try it, you'll get it >.<
harrypotter123698 • 2 September 2011 at 12:59 PM
@piucca I have the trial version of GIMP 😊 and I have MS paint, and the trial version of SAI (but I mostly use MS Paint) and the tablet im getting comes with programs (i think 2 of them) 😊
piucca • 2 September 2011 at 12:59 PM
@fuzzydragon "you can just look up quickly. That's what I do. Besides, the pad is the same shape as a mini computer screen"Makes no sense, "That's what I do"I don't know what you do, what do you do?I know what tablets are, I have one sitting in front of me, I am a graphic designer that gets paid very well for what "I do"I still don't understand what you were saying.
fuzzydragon • 2 September 2011 at 1:00 PM
The Wacom Fun Tablet comes with a trial version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 8. (That's the only one I know because that's the only one I've installed XD)@piucca "That's what I do" = Look up to see where mouse is quickly before I draw TT_TT
piucca • 2 September 2011 at 1:01 PM
@harrypotter123698 GIMP is very good for a free software 😊It is a lot like photoshop, but free.I love to use photoshop and illustrator. When drawing the "Creature designs" for here i use illustrator because they come out more crisp.MS Paint is awesome! lol
harrypotter123698 • 2 September 2011 at 1:03 PM
