I just wrote some random lyrics for my school homework

Teacher wanted it to be a little cheesy but here it is anyway -.-

My heart feels like it's being torn apart when I keep hiding my feelings

It's cruel of you to play around with me so carelessly
My heart throbs each time; how long will it take for you to notice?

It's painful to watch you while holding in feelings I desperately want to confess
I won't be able to take it much longer
They'll overflow and the words "I love you" will spill from my lips

@sakura-ironoyume thats like the poem i'd write, except it would be more like this (WARNING: REALLY CHEESY):

why does everyone talk about getting girlfriends and boyfriends?
the topic gets boring after a while
the same thing happens over and over again
people get the love of their life, then the next day they're single

break up texts are dramatic from what ive heard
but ive never seeked that special "someone"
this is why i am a nerd
because nerds dont talk about the love of their life
they talk about video games

@sheepfox that makes so sense, they get a boyfriend or girlfriend then it doesn't work out the next day and they break up.
@sakura-ironoyume it's life, but it isn't cheesy, it's life.
