Eeriek Price?

so i want to sell this Eeriek Egg: http://eggcave.com/egg/592520 but i don't know how much to price it for in CC. does immortality raise its value? and if so, by how much?

i was told 600-800 CC by a friend, and i trust them, but i want to double-check before i sell.

If it was me selling I would ask 500-600 CC, because there is less demand for unhatched then there is for hatched. (Sorry if that is a bit off, I'm new to selling for CC. If it were me I'd be trying to get creatures. 😋 )
