@bot Here we are!! I'll make a sign up form for anyone else wanting to join. c:

Rules:
-Nothing inappropriate. At the request of bot, (and because I agree with them) we want to keep this kid-friendly.
-You can have as many characters as you can handle.
-Please, no cursing. 'Hell' is okay, but only in certain circumstances when you're referring to the actual Hell.
-Please have fun!! Don't be a party-pooper!
-NO GOD-MOODING/POWERPLAYING. This is a major issue to me and everyone else who doesn't like Mary/Gary Sues.
-If you have any suggestions for rules, please let me or bot know. Thanks!!

Name: Hollyhock

Race: Half cat, half human

Personality: Mischievous and clever, Hollyhock (Holly, for short) is a force to be reckoned with. Despite her age, she can outsmart a fox, and can cause trouble in the blink of an eye. She's often the sarcastic type, but she has a very long line of patience, and isn't easy to get upset. Unless you ruin one of her tricks.
Appearance: Hollyhock is a cat hybrid, and thus has a cat ears and a cat tail, as well as she can change forms from a humanoid to an actual cat.
Humanoid form: Hollyhock, in her human form, has long, black, and curly hair. Her eyes are a deep forest green, and her ears and tail are pitch black, which gives her the advantage of hiding her ears in her hair, and hiding her tail under her dress. She waers a short black and white sweetheart lace ball gown where the skirt stops about three quarters of the way down her legs. (i'll post a picture of it below) She wears black, knee-high lace-up boots and carries a black wand around with her. She wears a black leather jacket over her dress.
Cat form: She's an all black cat with forest green eyes. She's rather small for her age, but she uses this to her advantage to seem helpless against enemies before striking. When most see her, they fear that they have been cursed with bad luck.
Other: She is actually a young witch, but uses her magical abilities to play tricks on people who roam her home, the forest, and to help some find their way out. She's a charming girl and often loves being around children. Most assume she's evil, being a witch, but this isn't exactly true. Her dress looks something like this:

Name: Colette
Age: 22, physically.
Gender: female
Race: mermaid (her fish half is a Coelacanth, Latimeria chamumnae)
Past: She was originally a human. After drowning at sea around five years ago, an oceanic spirit allowed her to be reincarnated as a mermaid.
Personality: Sassy and adamant, she likes pulling pranks on sailors on stormy nights as there isn't much to do in the ocean. She sometimes surfaces at beaches and hangs out with people on the docks.
Appearance: Has light, milky eyes and black hair. Half of her head is shaved, and two fins are on the sides of her face. She has vitiligo and is sort of chubby, which is helpful for her because it's very cold at the bottom of the sea where she lives and it helps her preserve warmth.
Other: She lives very deep under the ocean, but frequently surfaces to socialize with other humans. She's a very slow swimmer.

Age: 16
Gender: Male
Race: 49% Human, 34%raven, and 17% shapeshifter
Past: His twin sister was separated at creation because of mercenaries and knights from a foreign country invaded theirs because of the ruler's idiotic decisions. They barely knew each other, but after about six days of being malnourished, he was adopted and found on the ruins of their city. Before that his father died distracting the invaders from their family and their mother was killed protecting the other twin after that one of the mercenaries took him with them, but then was abandoned again. He was created actually by his parents not born. They mixed part of their Dna with a raven's and a unknown item.
Personality: Mild mannered, kind, but sometimes he is very childish, bold, courageous and hyper.
Appearance: He has black raven wings that he can retract. Having peach hair and choppy bangs, medium hair length, and color changing eyes, but most of the time it's violet. He has a slender build with pale skin and his height is 5'10
Other: He can fly and shapeshift. That's really it... Although he can hide his wings easily. People tend to stay wary of him and avoid him because they created rumors that he is the son of the devil, which isn't true.

Age: 16
Gender: Female
Race: 49% Human, 34%raven, and 17% shapeshifter
Past: Her twin brother and her was separated at creation. Their mom and dad created them, literally create not birth. Their dad distracted the invaders from a foreign country. Although he died, and then killed the mother once they killed him. They took her brother away, far away. She was spared mercy and was adopted too, but by a rabbit oddly enough. Though since a rabbit is a prey it died too. She was then captured as a slave and now remains as one.
Personality:Shy, generous, awkward, and reserved, but sometimes she can get crazy and lose her mind.
Appearance: Peach colored hair, pale skin, changing eye colors, but most of the time is violet. Skinny build, height of 5'5.
Other: She can shapeshift and fly.

Age: 24
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Past: Callie lived near the ocean on a small town. She had a twin brother that she has never seen before, as they were considered missing at a young age. Her parents taught her how to use throwing knives and learn to be quick, turning her to a huntress. As she got older, her father died, and her mother left her to take care of herself. Soon her town got destroyed by unknown creatures, and she ran off.
Personality: She is selfless and cares more about her friends, but she is somewhat greedy, wanting all the money to herself.
Appearance: Callie has short silver hair and deep blue eyes. She wears an ocean blue tank top with a darker blue silk skirt. Callie has darker blue flats, and wears a white silk choker.
Other: Callie can manipulate water and change its matter to a solid. She can also use throwing knives and small and swift weapons. Callie, however, can't just create water, she must have her own source of water at her side.

Past: Not really much. She was the powerless of her family, and the most unique. Her family had fire powers, and most were red heads or blond, but she had pure black hair. Her parents are now unknown, and her only brother somehow died. The reason is unknown. Dark has hated people with powers, because she was told that her brother was killed by another magic user.
Personality: Not really that nice... She's still upset.
She's really only nice to people without powers, or have their magic under control.
Appearance: Jet black hair, gray eyes, and scars all over.
Other: People say that she was also attacked by a magic user, and people also say she has fire powers. She does, but doesn't know that.

Callie walks around a beach, looking far at the ocean. It reminded her of home so much. She decided not to think too much of home. Memories of it was very disturbing, seeing everything taken away from her.
"I wish I could go home... But home is gone... Nothing but a distant memory..."

She then sat next to the water, watching the tide rise.

Hollyhock let out a sigh, entering a quiet forest clearing. It wasn't far from the beach, she thought, for the clearing's grass was mixed with sand. Taking a deep breath, she smelled the ocean's salty water. "Well, I guess this is it, Ink!" She said reaching up to her hair and untangling a little black kitten. She brought the cat up to her face and snuggled it, and the cat snuggled back happily.

Colette saw a few people walking by the beach. Hundreds of ideas for pranks to play on them rushed through her head at the sight of them, and her fins flicked playfully beneath the waves.

She approached the sandbar hesitantly, keeping a few yards away from the land at all times until she had a chance to get close. It was hard for her to survive in shallow waters for very long as she required the pressure of deep-sea trenches to survive, but she frequently surfaced to interact with humans. Something deep down inside her yearned to be secluded from humans forever and to forget her human life, but her sassy and extroverted personality always brought her back up to socialize.

Race: 50% Wolf, 15% phoenix 25% shapeshifter 10% mermaid

Past: (optional) She was born human. She was kidnapped and turned into a creature that no one can Identify.

Personality: Faith is funny, she is sarcastic and playful like a wolf pup. If you anger her she will seek revenge and is almost always happy.

Appearance: She has reddish blond hair with dark red tips that reaches down to the bottom of her ribcage.(Phoenix part) She has gray wolf ears, a wolf tail, and sharp canine teeth. Her eyes are greyish blue but turn yellow when is is mad. When she is a wolf she is a gray wolf, when she is a mermaid she has a blue, shimmering tail that she can turn purple, or to galaxy colors.

Other: Faith can shapeshift into any creature, mythical or not, she can control/summon fire, she can teleport, and she can make her wolf ears and tail go away for only ten minutes at a time, she never really uses this power.

Faith ran through the forest in wolf form to the ocean. She shifted back into a human and walked down the beach swishing her wolf tail. She sat down next to the water and scratched her wolf ear. She sat staring at the water, mesmerized at how beautiful it was.

Dark spotted Faith, and saw her wolf ears and tail. She stopped for a bit, but then started on her way again. "I wonder how many people with, animal ears and powers there are here..."
