The year is 2029, the human race faces many difficult obstacles. Many challenges that now threaten advancement. That is where you come in. You have been created to help progress advancement.

Created and raised in a lab and sent out upon the world as you turned 17. DNA altered and manipulated to give you abilities normal humans can only imagine. But for these powers to grow something had to be taken, for a positive cannot be given without negatives to balance it out.

{Rules}

- No Sue's or God Modding
- No killing other characters, injury is fine death is not. This includes amongst your own characters.
- Have fun and be kind to others
- Max of one power per character
- Keep everything even, I will stop accepting characters if there is too far a sway to one direction
- Put your characters Chinese zodiac in other
- Shape changing, mind reading, invisibility, immortality, magic manipulation, time manipulation, omni powers, and manipulation of others are powers that are unallowed in this roleplay
- Be literate and try to post 3+ sentences per post
- Experiment Codes are a letter followed by five random numbers
- Weaknesses must counterbalance powers
- Weaknesses and the negatives are not the same thing
- Keep drama to a minimum and no unapproved plot changes
- Put your characters theme song in code if you have read and understood the rules

Weaknesses: Doing too much, or anything too powerful drains her. Saps her strength for the longer the energy is in a physical form.

Personality: She's caring and relatively selfless. She puts her friends first and her self last. She forces optimism, but in reality is very pessimistic. Towards those she knows she is rather sassy and sarcastic.

(This reminds me of the To Aru Series, where majority of the characters like these have non-magic powers in their DNA. Also, idek about Chinese Zodiacs' orders so I can't find out which animal is Effie.)

Looks: Slightly dark skin and a heavy build. She is around 5"06 in height and has medium blonde hair in a bob cut flipped upward at the sides.
Clothing: A white tank top with a dark purple jacket. Dark skinny jeans and plain black shoes.
Power: Electricity Manipulation. She has semi-immunity over anything electric, drawbacks below.
Weaknesses: She can't use it to its full potential if there is no metal or water nearby, otherwise it has the power of a mosquito bite. Electricity-resistant material will negate the effects. Effie is weak against water, if somebody were to pour a bucket of water on her, the electricity will backfire and will most likely hurt her.
Negative: She lacks emotion.
Personality: Effie is emotionless and speaks in a deadpan voice. She doesn't like if anybody on her side is hurt and is somewhat depressed. She dislikes the fact that she had to get rid of her emotions for powers, but is unable to express that.
Other: Welp, I tried to use my maths, and failed. Gee gee. Not sure what comes after Snake. Dragon (Tank queue!)

@nightmaremoon12 Tis fine. Basically Chinese Zodiacs are based around the year someone was born. Year of the Dragon comes before Year of the Snake so she would be Dragon.
And just a quick thing, is she just gonna run around without clothes or did you forget to put that?

Weaknesses: She fears water and if it touches her she goes crazy. She can't use her power very well if she is close to a large body of water, and using it too much makes her exhausted.

Negative: She was created without a left leg, so she has a metal leg instead. She tries to keep it a secret, knowing it is embarassing.

Personality: She is mostly kind and caring. She can be sassy and is very trusting and brave. She fears water and that is almost the only thing she fears. She hates to sit still and is very jumpy when she has to. She always tries to get in on the action and when she is angry she will show it and get really mad and shout at people. She almost always says if she is feeling uncomfortable or sad or happy or any of her feelings.

@lailaluckyseal87 Fire Manipulation is allowed, but the weaknesses should be drawn more to the use of the power. And the drawback you've put is more of a personality aspect. The negatives would be something physically negative. As in Zanna's case being mute, or in Effie's case removing emotions. Other acceptable ones would also include having her be deaf, blind, created without a leg and so forth.

Weaknesses: He cannot take away powers, only weaken them. To give powers the subject must be an embryo still, and it must take away something from the subject to earn it.
Negative: He has gray scale color blindness.
Personality: He is cunning, calculating, suave and manipulative. He is excellent with words and capable of bending the truth people say and is able to get them to believe he is always innocent.
Other: Snake. First successful experiment. He aided to create the rest.

Weaknesses: Can't be used around places with little precipitation, and not able to see where they're using so it sometimes spiral out of control and harms themself.

Personality: Sharp tongue despite their age, logical, rational, rude, sincere and kind when needs to be, honest, and rude because of their habit to be too honest,

Looks: She has long, wavy and frizzy, brown hair that has some black mixed in with it. She has high cheekbones and naturally deep red lips. Her eyes are a pretty icy blue color.
She has a very soft voice that has a bit of a british and french accent mixed it with it, only a bit noticeable.

Clothing: She wears an icy blue t-shirt to match her eyes with tight skinny jeans. She wears black shoes and a silver necklace with an opal on the end of it. She keeps a black cloak that she sometimes wears.

Power: Alissa can manipulate water/ice

Weaknesses: She is afraid of fire and can't use her power when she's too upset or angry. Using her power too much can make her exhausted and her power becomes weaker. Also she can actually get sick and throw up/feel pain throughout her entire body from using her powers too much.

Looks: She has grayish blue hair that falls a few inches below her shoulders. She has pale skin and large stormy gray eyes. When she is creating/manipulating storms her eyes turn a fiery silver.

Clothing: She wears a flowing dark blue shirt and jeans. She has several jangling silver bracelets. She also wears a silver cloak with a hood.

Power: Storm manipulation

Weaknesses: She is still affected by the storms she creates so she could be harmed by her own creations. Her powers are affected by mood so she might loose control of her powers as her mood changes. She sometimes indadvertedly creates storms when shocked. If she immensely changes the current weather then she puts a lot of strain on herself.

Negative: She has synthetic left hand. She has absolutely no feeling in it and cannot use it to create or manipulate storms.

Personality: She is usually logical but only because if she wasn't her emotions would get her powers out of hand. She is very independent because of fear that she might harm someone if she became aggravated.

Looks:Average height with extremely light pale skin, striking, cold, blue eyes that tend to change shades. He has
light blond hair that's long enough to cover his forehead but he generally keeps it pushed to one side, neatly

Clothing:He doesn't care much about what he wears and often changes it, but most of the time it's loose fitting t-shirts and baggy pants.

Negative: He lost most of his mental stability, so his mood can flip-flop and he often does/says things that most When anyone shows any type of caring towards him, he
van't mentally handle it and normally ends up making fun of him. He's also more damaged by electricity than
anything else.
Personality: He's a general jerk (Others have used more colorful terms for him), he enjoys making others lives a
living heck. He often enjoys watching others have difficulties, physically or emotionally. He is very smart but it's tough for him to show it. It's difficult for anyone to get to know him underneath all the mental issues, but if they do they can see he does care about people and is a nice guy. Sometimes.He also has a thing for birds.

@shadowtail_flamestorm The experiments were all created in a lab with no access to the outside world so it is impossible for her to have been attacked. The negative is something they were created with, and so even without the monster it wouldn't have been possible for that to occur.

Not to mention the Zodiac is wrong as well.
