Lars got up.. How long had he been asleep? He couldn't remember. He looked up to be greeted with a tornado writhing across the ground and causing destruction in its wake.

"Ack!" He yelped. The cyclone was only a few yards away from him, and he would've been dead if he hadn't woken up. "W-what's going on? Where is everyone?"

Blade noticed Lars. "There's a tornado....and you should really take cover." he said before following Chase to a crater in the hillside nearby.

Unsure of what to do, Lars followed the pack to the hillside. He hesitantly crawled into the crater and joined the others.

"Are you sure this is the safest spot to be?" Lars asked, flicking his tail from side to side anxiously. His nerves were shot, and the fur on his back was warm like a candle and standing on end.

(i don't actually live in Tornado alley.....but in 4th grade i researched tornadoes day in and day out. i definitely had a problem.)
