Hmm... I didn't anticipate it to be so difficult. 😋 The phrase is a scramble with the number of words/letters in each word being set.

I had already posted that its a phrase (with real words), the answer is EC-related, and the top two lines are the same. 😋

This might blow it wide open but I had the idea for this puzzle while browsing the user qesque's cove. Does that help?

@yeep can u confirm this? the final puzzle is a phrase, number of words r are shown as they r spaced (words r scrambled) and the letters in the words r scrambled. >< 😊

So after a nice long sleep, I'm back to this. XD And... wow, one winner? I'm impressed! Although I had expected more people to have completed it by now. 😋 Oh well, we've all still got a chance at it. ^^ I'm still nowhere near working out the phrase though. Guess I've got all day today to have another crack at it. ;D
