Benefit to "Travels"?

Hi all!

Aside from adding to the aesthetic appeal of your creatures, do travels have any other benefits attached to them?

Travels are mainly cosmetic items for your creatures. If you are one who likes the item collection feature(toys, food, etc), they are counted towards that and have their own set to collect, like food and toys.
