Question on fairness

OK here's the deal. A while back ago I found a Luxury Travel on the TP. I thought it looked pretty and messaged the person that I had no what it was worth but I will offer 500k for it.

She messaged back that she had no idea either and she had to think about. After a little while of ideal chit-chat, she messaged me 500k sounded good (she said she was too lazy to ask around or create a board)

Later on I decided to sell the travel after all, i looked through some of the old forums and realized that the travel was rather old. So I created a board and asked around to find out it's worth. I found out it was worth around 400 CC.

Recently I went to offer on one the user's trades but found I was blocked. Why? Did i do something wrong? Did I cheat her out of a travel?

If it's that big of deal we can trade back, I really don't want people to hate me in this game. There is more than enough hate in RL to last a lifetime. I don't want it here.

Someone please help me.

hmm, although it might feel bad for her , its not like you had ill intentions and she did tell you that she was alright with 500k... its not your fault that she didnt do her research beforehand, either. personally i don't think you're in the wrong here. i don't think anyone is. but she may just be upset because she could have gotten more out of the travel. i don't think its useful to feel bad about it, things like these happen ☹️ but this serves as a good example to anyone reading this, to do what @pet_cemetery did and create a board to ask how much something is worth BEFORE selling or trading it if you are unsure.

Maybe, but I cant help but feel bad about the whole affair.

Maybe I should of done some research before I offered to try to find out it's worth?

@pet_cemetery well , i guess its both parts responsibility to, but neither did so, idk , just a misunderstanding, i don't think that anyone can really be held responsible. it happens ! dont feel bad omg ;o; -hug-
