Were the Soetzal stages meant to be revealed?

Most thief shop creatures aren't revealed, and the Soetzal is one the newest and I haven't seen the full stages yet on the blog... but yea Ive snapshotted it already, but wondering if the stages are supposed to be there or it is a glitch
