October Creature Suggestion: The Flickerlit!

Hey! A while ago I had an idea for a Halloween-themed creature suggestion, and today I finally had the motivation to draw it! It's called the Flickerlit. This is my first suggestion, so please excuse me if I forgot something.

Egg description: You should be cautious when handling this egg. It's made of extremely hot, white wax that can cause 2nd degree burns when touched. It has a little candle sticking out of the top that has a little orange flame. If this flame were to go out, the creature would never hatch.

Adult description: When they hatch, Flickerlits only have two eyes. However, as they get older they gain up to three more eyes. The SAR Center is still trying to figure out how and why this happens.

Although feared mostly because of their large number of eyes, Flickerlits are kind-hearted souls who only wish to help other creatures. They're almost always seen late October in the middle of the night, providing light to those who need it. The offical name of the phobia of Flickerlits is Flickeraphobia.


Please, let me know if you have any criticism or suggestions so I can make this creature better! Also, let me know if there's already a candle-like creature, because I can't recall any existing however I feel like one does for some reason. Thanks!

This is a great idea! However, try to make the egg a little more egg shaped because its a little lopsided. however, not all eggs are perfectly egg shaped, like the sikree for example 😃

But the eyes- God why are they so creepy?

I shall never own an adult one!

But, uh... The babies are too cute to resist.
